Thank you for shopping with Alanaka. Below is everything you need to know about how your order reaches you.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping rates and delivery times
We ship worldwide using Easyship's tracked services. All international parcels are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — duties and taxes are settled at checkout, so there are no surprise charges on delivery.

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and exclude customs clearance delays.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. All parcels are fully tracked door-to-door.
Returns
We accept returns on Regular Pieces and Large Pieces within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Cut-to-order fabric sold by the metre is final sale and cannot be returned, as it is cut specifically for your order.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected window, email us at info@alanaka.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll resolve it with the carrier.
Customs and import
For international orders, we pre-pay duties and taxes at checkout (DDP) so you receive your parcel without additional charges on delivery.
